I'm thrilled to co-facilitate the Write and Flow retreat this fall in stunning San Luis Obispo, California. Join yoga instructor Sarah Helt and me for a long weekend of nourishing yoga to awaken your inner creative, cozy fireside writing circles led by me, nourishing meals and luxurious private mineral hot springs soaks. Special to this retreat is our emphasis on the fall Monarch butterfly migration, which we'll take an excursion to see at the nearby Monarch Butterfly Grove.
